About Us
Big AL Mowing, LLC is a highway right-of-way mowing and maintenance company with additional work in construction and agriculture. Based in Nashville, we serve customers across Middle Tennessee.
We are a female-owned, family business committed to keeping Middle Tennessee beautiful while providing transformational employment opportunities for “second chance” workers, including individuals experiencing homelessness or recovering from addiction.
Vision Statement
Big AL will achieve $7,000,000 of topline revenue with a 20% net profit margin by Year End 2028. We will also achieve 100 employees with an improved retention rate of 80%, because we exist to improve our employees lives and provide additional meaningful work to people who may be harder to employ due to their histories of justice involvement, being unhoused, addiction, or otherwise.

With a hands-on approach and a strong focus on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement, they support our crews in delivering dependable highway mowing and litter removal services that enhance the appearance and safety of the communities we serve.
